Chestnut Cottage : all rooms are on the ground floor. There are no thresholds inside the cottage (except the front door) and there is an en-suite shower room, making this property ideal for people with some mobility problems.

The nearest bus stop is at the end of the lane (300Mtrs) from our cottages, where there is a bus into Cromer once a day.
The nearest train station, in Cromer is 2.5 miles away; there are accessible taxis at the station
You can arrange for shopping to be delivered on arrival. Many of the major supermarkets will deliver orders placed online.
Directions are given in a pre-arrival letter.

There is a space for one car just outside Chestnut Cottage in the courtyard.
The parking area is flat and gravelled, there are 3 paving slabs by the front door (3cm high). The size of the paving slabs is 136cm wide x 47cm deep)
There is lighting just outside the courtyard on a dusk to dawn basis. On entering the courtyard there is P.I.R. security lighting.
There is a keysafe to the left of the front door. Guests will have been given the code in their pre-arrival letter.

The entrance threshold is 19cm high – Door entrance is 75cm wide, hinged on the right with the door handle being 109 cm high
The door opens into a inner hallway with a large coir fitted mat (148cm wide x 117cm deep)
There is another small threshold of 2 cm when entering the hallway of the cottage.
. There is another door (stable door) for entry into the hallway. The door opening is 79cm wide, hinged on the right with the handle being 93cm high
The hallway is 61cm wide and 300cm long with a non-slip entrance mat.
There is a door on the left, which leads into the Lounge area, Kitchen and dining area, bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

Good WiFi coverage is available throughout the cottage.
Evacuation of cottages as in accordance with "Fire risk Assessment". Individuals are responsible for their own cottage and ensuring that procedures are adhered to.
